Welcome to Thrivedash. By accessing our website and using our software and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

SMS (A2P) Phone Text Messages

By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive automated SMS or MMS text messages from Thrivedash. Messages may include account notifications, service updates, reminders, customer support messages, and, if you separately consent, promotional messages.

Consent

- You acknowledge that you are providing express written consent to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provided.

- Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

- You represent that you are the subscriber of the phone number provided or that you have authorization to provide consent for that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, your account activity, and your preferences.

Opting Out

- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

- After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

- You will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

Charges

- Message and data rates may apply.

- You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier related to SMS messaging.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services for lawful internal business purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Sitebow Corp. DBA Thrivedash or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, or transmit any content or material from the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Our collection and use of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrivedash (Sitebow Corp. DBA Thrivedash) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
